Below is the official transport map for American Express presents Roundhay Festival 2026 (click here to view full size). This map will be made available on the Roundhay Festival app for ease of access on show days. For further information on transport options, please see below.
Public Transport
By City Centre Shuttle
For the quickest and most direct access to and from the Roundhay Festival, take advantage of our dedicated City Centre Shuttle service. Pre-booking is not required and buses will operate throughout the day, starting at 11am. Pick-up will be on Sovereign Street (https://w3w.co/stages.friday.kicked), and drop off will be outside of Leeds Train Station.
Card payment is required when entering the shuttle queue; cash payments cannot be accepted.
SHUTTLE TIMETABLE
- Approximately every 20 minutes from Sovereign Street between 11am - 8pm
- The last shuttle from Roundhay Park to the City Centre is expected to depart at approximately 00:30
The shuttle stop locations will be clearly signposted and stewards will be on hand to support customers on the event days.
Car Parking
FEARNVILLE PARK AND STRIDE - EARLY BIRD OFFER! - CLICK HERE TO BOOK
For the most cost-effective parking option, Fearnville Park and Stride is a scenic 2-mile / 30-minute walk away from Roundhay Festival.
Parking is available on grass fields, and the walking route is a country path.
Time-limited early bird Fearnville Park and Stride tickets are just £12 + fees. We strongly encourage customers to take advantage of the advance discounted parking offers to ensure a smooth arrival. ANPR systems will operate to ensure pre-booked cars receive priority access.
Bookings can be made up until 6pm the day before your event. Payment on the day can be made by card only; cash payments are not accepted. All bookings are subject to terms and conditions.

The closest parking for Roundhay Festival is at Connaught Fields, a 10-minute walk across grass paths to the festival's West Entrance.

BLUE BADGE PARKING

By Train
Customers who arrive at Leeds Train Station can take advantage of the City Centre Shuttle service, via Sovereign Street, for the quickest and most direct access to and from the Roundhay Festival.
Taxis are available just outside of Leeds Train Station, on Princes Square, however we strongly advise you to use the dedicated festival City Centre Shuttle for the quickest access to the event.
By Private or Taxi Drop Off
All vehicles should follow the event signage for the dedicated event Pick-Up / Drop-Off points.
There will be ‘No Stopping’ orders and road closures in place around the site, please ensure that drivers do not attempt to drop-off or pick-up on any nearby roads aside from the designated PUDO points. Please see below for the designated festival PUDO points:

Cycling
Please bring your own lock to take advantage of the temporary bike racks which are located at the West entrance.
Don’t attach your bike to any park railings or you risk having it removed.
Please collect your bike on the same day at the end of the event. Bikes left overnight may be removed.
Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller blades or personal motorised vehicles are not permitted inside the event - this is with the exception of mobility scooters and electric wheelchairs.
