The method of entry for all shows at American Express presents Roundhay Festival is via the official BST app.

An easy, convenient, flexible option, the Roundhay app means there are no paper tickets, and you can quickly enter the event with the app, available on both iOS and Android.

At the entrance, please show your ticket via the Roundhay app.

It’s no different to boarding a plane – your ticket will live in your phone – making it an easy start to your day at American Express presents Roundhay Festival.

Any questions?

Your point of purchase will be in touch, via email, when your tickets are available to view in the app. Once you receive this email, please download the BST app, tap the ‘My Tickets’ tile on the homepage, and sign in.

Please note, Ticketmaster customers will receive their tickets approximately 6 weeks before the event. Please contact Ticketmaster customer services (details below) for further queries.

If you purchased via AXS, please use the login details associated with your ticket purchase. You will then be able to view your tickets in the ‘Upcoming’ tab.

If you purchased via Ticketmaster, Seat Unique, Event Travel, Big Green Coach or Leeds Ticket Hub, enter the email address you purchased your tickets with. You will then be sent a verification code to that email - please check your Junk folder if you don’t receive it.

Enter the verification code when prompted in My Tickets, you will then be able to view your tickets in the app.

If you are an AXS customer, please ensure you are using the same login credentials you used to purchase the tickets with when signing in. If you are still having issues, please contact AXS Customer Service.

Set times will be released shortly before each event and announced on socials and via push notification when they're ready to view - make sure you're opted in to receive messages in the app settings!

The Transfer function will be available to use 30 days before the event begins. Once available, follow these instructions:

Use the ‘Transfer’ option within My Tickets. Please ensure you have entered the correct email address when transferring tickets - the email address must be associated with an AXS account for the transferee to view their tickets. Please note ticket transfers can not be undone once sent.

Once the tickets have been transferred to you, you will receive a notification by email. You must have an AXS account associated with the email address your tickets were transferred to. You will then be able to view the tickets in the Roundhay Festival app, provided you sign in with that same email address.

Screenshots of tickets will not scan and will not be accepted for entry, as the QR codes on the tickets will refresh every 59 seconds.
